The arbitral proceedings administrated by CAM are ruled in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of the Arbitration Center of Mexico.

This Rules regulate the following issues:

• Request for arbitration and answer to the request;

• Constitution of the arbitral tribunal;

• Effects of the arbitration agreement;

• Deposit to cover arbitration expenses;

• Terms of Reference and establishing the facts of the case;

• The render and notification of the award; and
