Cooperation Agreements

The Arbitration Center of Mexico, being convinced that the use of arbitration through fair, expeditious and cost-effective procedures lends confidence and stability to international trade, submitted on January, 1999 a Cooperation Agreement with the Chamber of National and International Arbitration of Milan, on march, 2000 with the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce and on September, 2006 with the Australian Center for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA), and with the Asociación Nacional de Abogados de Empresa (ANADE).

Furthermore, from 2000 to 2003, CAM was a party of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Program of the Interamerican Development Bank (BID) for Mexico.

From September, 2006 and for a three years period, CAM will be a party of a project of the National Law Center for International Trade Law called “Promotion of the business vision and of the commercial capacity through the legal amendments and the improvement of the justice administration by the Mexican Courts”

In 2002, CAM submitted a co-publication agreement with the International Trade Center (UNCTAD/WTO).
