When, on terms of the CAM Rules of Arbitration, CAM shall nominate an arbitrator, it has to be a person that: (i) be and remain independent of the parties; (ii) have enough availability in order to fulfill his/her functions with celerity; and (iii) have experience on the subject of the dispute.

To fulfill this function CAM has an extensive database of potential arbitrators specialized in different areas of expertise.

All interested in being included in CAM´s database are welcome to fulfill this registration form, and send it to the Arbitration Center of Mexico by fax to (5255) 9177 8199 or by e-mail to camex@camex.com.mx, and we´ll contact you as soon as possible.
